Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. We strongly recommend that you make a booking shortly after receiving your voucher to maximise your date and time preferences.

All flights are subject to passenger weight limitations and suitable weather conditions. We ask that you contact us on 0407779669 after 4pm on the afternoon prior to your flight, to confirm that weather conditions are suitable.

What to Bring / Wear
- Loose comfortable clothing should be worn, as it can get quite warm in the cockpit.
- Bottled water, sunglasses and baseball hat are always a good idea to cut glare.
- And of course, don’t forget your camera!
Standard Terms and Conditions
1.) All pricing is in Australian dollars and is inclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise.
2.) All bookings must be paid for in full prior to confirmation.
3.) All flights are subject to aircraft, weight, weather and venue availability and limitations.
4.) Scenic flights are priced per person, minimum two people.
5.) Aircraft hourly rate for contract work is calculated on engine time Base to Base.
6.) Rates for pilot standby, ground crew, meals, accommodation, roll equipment, EOs, landing fees, ATC fees and permits will be agreed upon prior to commencement of any contract work.
7.) A client cancelling or rescheduling a flight with more than seven days notice attracts a $150 administration fee. A cancellation with less than seven days notice will incur a 50% late cancellation fee.
8.) Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9.) Unless otherwise stated in writing, all passengers agree to the use and marketing of all video and still images captured by South Coast Helicopters.
